What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Train one-on-one with top-producing Mortgage Bankers and industry leaders
• Learn proven sales tactics through coaching, shadowing, and live practice
• Engage warm leads—no cold calling large lists; these are inquiries and referrals actively seeking help
• Master our CRM and loan origination technology to organize and manage your pipeline
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, Realtors, and referral partners
• Participate in team meetings, daily huddles, contests, and performance incentives
