AGORA AI is a Georgia Tech-backed startup building a new kind of outbound sales platform, and we are opening up AGORA’s First Sales Cohort for a select group of early sales agents.

This is an opportunity to get in early, work on live campaigns, and build real sales skills using cutting-edge tools in a fast-moving startup environment. As part of AGORA’s first sales cohort, you would be among the first group of agents helping shape how the platform grows, how campaigns are executed, and what the future of sales can look like.

One of the most exciting parts of AGORA is the variety. We already have campaigns across areas like real estate, recruiting, AI enablement, and B2B services, with more being added all the time. That means you are not joining to work on just one narrow product or one repetitive motion. You will have the chance to build experience across different campaign types, industries, and sales styles while developing real-world skills that carry far beyond one role.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls, send texts, and support real sales outreach
  • Speak with live prospects and help qualify leads
  • Set appointments and move opportunities to the next stage
  • Work across active campaigns for real companies
  • Learn how to pitch, handle objections, and communicate value clearly
  • Use modern sales tools and workflows in a live operating environment

Compensation

Compensation depends on the campaign. Some opportunities may pay through:
