License Required: Texas Real Estate License (can be completed in ~30–45 days)

About the Role

RFP Homes is a rapidly growing investment real estate brokerage in DFW. We work exclusively with real estate investors — not traditional buyers/sellers — which means:

  • No MLS listings
  • No open houses
  • No emotional clients
  • Just deals, investors, and straight business

As an Investment Sales Agent, you’ll source and build relationships with real estate investors (flippers, landlords, fund buyers) and connect them with our exclusive off-market properties.

Your day will be a mix of:

  • Talking to investors (calls, texts, social media, networking)
  • Marketing off-market deals
  • Creating your book of business
  • Learning how to analyze investment properties
  • Closing deals and getting paid
  • This is the fastest way to learn real estate investing while building real income and long-term wealth.
