Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN 

Pay Rate: $25-35/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (potential to extend and/or hire on permanently (NO C2C!)

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, is  seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Maplewood, MN. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of supply chain operations, supporting global and domestic processes that ensure efficient product flow and customer satisfaction.
Please note: This is a recurring position with our client, serving various logistical departments, and the timing of available openings may vary.
 

Job Functions could include:

  • International Logistics: Coordinate and optimize global transportation strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Load Factor Analysis: Monitor and analyze shipment efficiency to maximize utilization and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order and delivery issues promptly.
  • Trade & Customs Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Supply Chain Flow Management: Support end-to-end product line flow, from raw materials to finished goods distribution.
  • Production Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Raw Materials Procurement: Work with sourcing teams to maintain material availability and manage supplier relationships.

Basic Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 0–3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, WMS/TMS, and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of international trade compliance and logistics preferred.
