JOB DESCRIPTION: 

 

As a Professional Recruiter, you will bring at least one year of professional recruiting experience and a demonstrated track record of success, ideally within in the technical field. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified professionals who align with our client’s business needs.  You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with both candidates and internal partners.

 

  • Leveraging established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines 
  • Sourcing, screening and qualifying top-tier technical talent for open positions
  • Conducting interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, and background investigations
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through placement
  • Preparing candidates for the client interviews and setting clear expectations throughout the process
  • Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with candidates and contract employees 
  • Networking to generate referrals and support ongoing business development efforts

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Successful Professional Recruiters are motivated, competitive, and detail-oriented. In addition, we also look for candidates who bring the following qualifications and skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication 
  • 1+ year(s) of professional recruiting experience, preferably in technical roles
  • Process- and Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to be direct and navigate difficult conversations
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic 
  • Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • This position will be a hybrid role and requires at least 3 days in-office per week
