Real Estate Brokerage Analyst

Role Overview
This is a high-exposure, deal-oriented role designed for individuals who can operate in a fast-moving environment. The position is intentionally broad to capture talent across multiple skill sets including sales, operations, analysis, and relationship management.

No prior experience in real estate or AI is required. The platform handles the technical layer. The role centers on execution, communication, and closing.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound deal flow across multiple channels
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, clients, and partners
  • Support leasing, investment sales, and general brokerage activity
  • Track opportunities through the pipeline and move deals toward execution
  • Interface with internal systems to manage data, notes, and communication
  • Coordinate with team members across different functions as needed
