Role Overview
This is a broad, deal-focused role across the lending lifecycle. The position is designed to capture candidates with exposure to real estate, finance, or lending who want to operate in a high-volume, execution-driven environment.

The infrastructure is already built. The role centers on judgment, responsiveness, and moving deals from intake to close.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage inbound borrower and broker relationships
• Support deal intake, screening, and pipeline management
• Assist with underwriting coordination and documentation review
• Drive consistent follow-up with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams
• Track deals from initial contact through closing
• Coordinate with capital partners, legal, and closing teams

• Prior exposure to real estate, lending, finance, or deal-related environments
• Strong follow-up and communication discipline
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Sales awareness with a focus on closing and execution
• Organized and comfortable operating within structured systems
