Universal Banker (Entry-Level) – Start Your Career in Finance & Business 

Location: Long Island, Queens, Manhattan 

Salary: $47,000 – $58,000 + Incentives 

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do: You’ll be at the center of the customer experience—helping people manage their finances while building meaningful relationships. 

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional first impression 

• Help clients with everyday banking needs (transactions, accounts, questions) 

• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that truly help customers 

• Build relationships with new and existing clients 

• Learn how to connect customers with specialists (loans, investments, etc.) 

• Participate in outreach and networking to grow your client base 

• Use modern banking tools and technology to assist customers 

• Work toward individual and team performance goals 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred), or equivalent experience 

• Internship, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus—but not required 

• Strong communication and people skills 

• A willingness to learn and grow 

• Interest in finance, business, or sales 

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
