Position: Business Development Executive – IT Staffing
Work Type: Hybrid/On-site
Location: Piscataway, NJ

About the Role:

RangTech is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.

Connect with potential clients to understand hiring needs and present RangTech’s IT staffing solutions.

Schedule and participate in client meetings and follow-ups to build long-term relationships.

Support the business development and account management process to drive client engagement.

Collaborate with the recruitment and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Represent RangTech in client meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events when required.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT staffing (preferred).

Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to travel for client meetings if required.

Compensation: 

$20 – $25 per hour

Commission-based incentives
