Overview:
This role focuses on analyzing operational performance and improving communication through data-driven reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities
- Develop reports and dashboards for performance tracking
- Support improvements in coding accuracy and team communication
- Collaborate with site leadership on process enhancements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality, or related field
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
