Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and tech savvy HRIS Intern to support process automation and quality assurance for a recently implemented HR system. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing business processes and implementing system solutions
- Support development and documentation of process improvements
- Collaborate with HR and operations stakeholders to gather requirements
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making initiatives
