What You'll Do
As a Carrier Relationship Specialist, you'll become the primary point of contact for trucking companies that help move our customers' freight.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build lasting relationships with carriers across North America.
- Negotiate freight rates that create value for both our customers and carrier partners.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery.
- Solve transportation challenges in real time.
- Source new carrier partners to expand our network.
- Monitor market trends, shipping lanes, and freight availability.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams to ensure every shipment runs smoothly.
- Help deliver the exceptional service Circle Logistics is known for.
