About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative and mission-driven team helping improve digital testing for students across the country. This is a great hands-on role for college students or early-career professionals interested in software, technology, or education.
Responsibilities
• Execute routine manual test cases on devices and digital content
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues
• Report bugs clearly and collaborate with development teams to verify resolution
• Work on tasks assigned by senior QA analysts and participate in daily stand-ups
• Participate in team discussions to improve testing processes and coverage
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• No technical background required - training provided
• Understanding of the software development life cycle is a plus, but not required
• College students pursuing any major welcome to apply
Work Schedule & Requirements
• Full-time positions available
• On-site work required for device testing (San Antonio, TX)
• Must be able to work in-office at least 3 times per week
• Background check required
• Not eligible for employment sponsorship, OPT, or CPT
