Entry-Level Account Manager
Niziah Development is a fast-growing sales and business consulting firm partnering with AT&T, and we’re actively hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to join our Sioux Falls team.
This is a great opportunity for recent grads or students looking to launch a career in business, sales, or management. No prior telecom experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into leadership.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll gain real-world experience working directly with customers and learning the fundamentals of account management and sales strategy:
- Help customers find the best AT&T wireless, fiber, and bundled solutions based on their needs
- Explain product features in a simple, relatable way (no technical background needed—we train you)
- Assist with account setup, upgrades, and service enrollments
- Track customer interactions and maintain organized records
- Support in-store operations, including merchandising and customer experience
- Work closely with a team to hit goals and deliver strong results
