Licensed Insurance Agent - Outside Sales
We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join one of the largest Agencies in the country - backed by a Fortune 100 Company. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. This position allows for the ideal candidate to sell in multiple settings including B2C and B2B. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have or obtain an active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance license.
Preferred Location: Glen Allen / Richmond , Virginia with other positions open around the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Compensation:
- Salary: $56,000 - $60,000
- Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $65,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)
- Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first year

Qualifications:
- Licenses: Active or must obtain state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)
- Experience: Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
