An established high-end lighting manufacturer is looking for bright, talented, energetic and highly dedicated graphic designers to assist creating high-quality artworks and web marketing designs. Job Description
The candidate will be working on all design-related projects, print collateral, web design & management.
Projects will include:  catalogs, cut sheets, postcards, website, packaging, banners, posters, flyers, sales presentations, press kits, line sheets, look-books; sending out weekly email blasts and maintaining the company's website with image updates, press, database. Managing and organizing company's image archives for all web/print materials and image requests; retouching and formatting images for printing and website purposes.

Qualities/Skills:
- You are hands-on, articulate, inquisitive, creative, and high expectation of perfectionism
- Excellent sense of layout and design
- Must have a great eye for clean design, attention to detail and strong typographic skills
- Excellent hand Illustration skills are a definite plus
- Passion every day to create compelling, cutting edge designs
- Must be strong in creating: Prints including repeats, color ways, placement prints; Merchandising materials and packaging, catalogs, flyers, press kits; Photo retouch; Stand designs for trade show and promotional events
- Online and interactive media production skills

-Create content for social media and other marketing collateral pieces.

-Assist in the production of marketing collateral pieces.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience 
- Must be proficient in Adobe illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Microsoft office on a Mac platform.
- Must be enthusiastic, versatile and willing to grow with the business as well as bring inspiration, ideas and dedication to the working environment.
