About the role
Anthem Academy is seeking a results-driven School Partnerships Lead to own the full B2B sales cycle for our K–12 program expansion across New York City. This is a founding individual contributor role with direct revenue accountability, high autonomy, and a clear path to a salaried leadership position based on performance milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pipeline development: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, and contract execution
- Conduct needs assessments and solution presentations with school principals, assistant principals, and district-level administrators
- Negotiate and close program agreements; manage handoff to operations for seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Identify and drive upsell and renewal opportunities within existing partner accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program operations and leadership to align on delivery capacity and SLAs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of quota attainment or equivalent revenue ownership in B2B, ed-tech, nonprofit program sales, or government/institutional sales
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles with education administrators, procurement contacts, or public sector decision-makers
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing competencies
- CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline
- Ability to operate independently in an early-stage, high-growth environment
