Role responsibilities

  • Communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services
  • Generate sales via networking, referrals & cold calls
  • Schedule & conduct engaging employer presentations
  • Educate employees on benefit options & support enrollment needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing clients.
  • Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and positive “can do” attitude.
  • Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not currently licensed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.

 

This is a commission-based position, with significant earning potential based on performance. Bonuses and incentives are also available for exceeding sales targets

This is not a salaried position. Aflac sales agents earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock.
