What We Want
- Projects valued at $300,000 and above (most of our work is significantly larger)
- Homeowners who prioritize quality, craftsmanship, and experience over budget
- Projects in our specific target ZIP codes (list available)
- Strong focus: Rebuilding fire-damaged homes in Pacific Palisades
- Major remodels, additions, custom homes, and full rebuilds
What We Don’t Want
- Small-budget projects (e.g., minor bathroom or kitchen remodels)
- Price-sensitive clients shopping multiple quotes
- Low-quality or unqualified inquiries

Your Role
Build and manage a multi-channel lead generation system focused exclusively on premium clients:
- Google Search campaigns (primary channel)
- Instagram and Facebook posts / content
- High-converting landing pages for large remodels, custom homes, and fire rebuilds
- Local SEO & Google Business optimization in target areas
- Retargeting campaigns
- Social proof and credibility content
- Strategies to expand our existing referral network
You’ll also help refine our messaging, create a strong pre-qualification process, build/maintain landing pages, and support our website as needed.
Compensation
Hybrid model: Hourly + Performance-Based We will pay a reasonable hourly rate for strategic work, campaign setup, landing page creation, and ongoing management. In addition, you will earn performance bonuses or commissions tied to signed projects brought to by your marketing work. Example: A signed contract for a $3 million build brought to us by your work, would earn you a performance bonus of $3k.
We’re flexible and want a fair structure that rewards both effort and results. Exact hourly rate and performance terms will be discussed and agreed upon together.
You perform well — we keep working together and scaling the partnership. Simple handshake agreement.

- Experienced in high-ticket home services / construction lead generation
- Skilled with Google Ads, landing pages, local SEO, and social media
- Able to create and maintain landing pages and support our website
- Strategic thinker who focuses on quality over quantity
- Self-motivated and reliable
