Project Coordinator
- Assist with scheduling projects and confirming start dates
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and suppliers
- Track job progress and communicate updates internally
- Obtain material and vendor pricing
- Maintain and update pricing sheets
- Support estimators with proposals and bid tracking
- Send contracts and follow up for signatures
- Track contract status and ensure all required documents are completed
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), permits, and compliance documents
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and general contractors
- Respond to emails and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain organized digital job files and records
- Assist with preparing documentation required for invoicing
- Ensure all job information is complete before billing
- Support follow-up on outstanding documents needed for payments
