Title: Supply Management Planner

Location: Dubuque, IA 52001
Assignment Length: 02 years + (Possible Extension)
Position Type: Contract / Contingent
Pay Rate: Hourly on w2

Shift: Start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST (8-hour shift)
Overtime: No planned OT; if required, it is minimal
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Important Note

This role is primarily open to recent graduates from April, May, and June 2026 batches.
Hiring managers prefer candidates who are local to Iowa or from nearby states and can work onsite from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning activities to support production and operations
• Monitor and improve key supply chain performance metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and suppliers
• Ensure timely communication regarding shortages, delays, and delivery schedules

• FILL
• On Time Delivery
• FLASH & Backorder Cycle Time
• Delinquencies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience with SAP (a plus)
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams via email and phone
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with materials planning or buying is preferred
