This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in video production, digital marketing, and web management—all while contributing to meaningful work that makes a difference.

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate studying communications, marketing, film, media production, or a related field who wants to build a strong portfolio in the non-profit space.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in creating and editing short-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and the website
  • Help manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Support website updates including content edits, image updates, and basic layout improvements
  • Research and identify potential non-profit clients and outreach opportunities
  • Draft marketing copy for social posts, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Help organize and maintain our digital asset library (footage, photos, graphics)
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for campaigns and outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a program in communications, marketing, film/media production, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in video production and storytelling
  • Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  • Basic experience with website platforms (Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Passion for social impact and the non-profit sector is a big plus

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with a real non-profit video production company
  • Portfolio-worthy work including videos, social content, and web projects
  • Mentorship from experienced video production and marketing professionals
  • Exposure to the non-profit sector and mission-driven organizations
  • College credit (if applicable through your institution)
  • A flexible, collaborative, and supportive work environment

How to Apply

  • A brief cover letter telling us about yourself and why you’re interested in this role
  • Your resume
  • Any relevant work samples (videos, website projects, social content, etc.) or a link to your portfolio
