Your Place on the Team 

Grounded in the values of We’re All-In, Collaborative Communicators, and Engineering Excellence, your daily responsibilities focus on taking initiative, working as a team, and delivering results our clients can trust.  Within this role, every day will bring something new, and you’ll have the chance to build a broad range of experiences in areas including but not limited to the following: 

• Close coordination and collaboration with engineers from all trades and positions within the company as well as architects, owners, and facilities staff outside the company. 
• Assist in initial phase concept planning and review of system options. 
• Perform power load and lighting output calculations using applicable computer software. 
• Perform selective coordination, short circuit, and arc flash calculations using SKM software. 
• Work closely with equipment vendors and manufacturers' representatives for selection and specification of appropriate equipment. 
• Create highly coordinated construction documents using 3D Revit MEP. 
• Construction administration responsibilities including submittal reviews, construction inspections and field troubleshooting where you get to see your designs come to life.  
• Participate in weekly internal department meetings to help establish our standards for Engineering Excellence, build new training resources, and learn from your peers in a proven educational format.
