Valencia College’s Enrollment Services department at the Osceola Campus is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager, Student Services to lead our efforts in creating a welcoming, supportive, and solution-focused environment for our students. In this role, you will:
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise student services operations, which may include our First Stop and First Stop Lab.
- Handle escalated student matters with professionalism and care.
- Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Follow up on administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Build strong connections with students from all walks of life.
- Support and empower students by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience working in higher education
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating others
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experience navigating sensitive student situations
- The ability to effectively engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences

Additional Information:
- This position operates in a primarily onsite environment.
- This position is not eligible for Veteran’s Preference under Florida Statute 295.07(5)(a), F.S
- Work Schedule: The regular work schedule consists of four days from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and one day from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Hours and schedule are subject to change based on departmental operational
