Marketing/UX Intern

Invigo Retail is building smart retail technology using AI, computer vision, connected hardware, and real-time analytics. Our platform helps retailers and brands better understand what is happening in stores through intelligent dashboards, retail intelligence tools, and connected systems.

We are looking for a Marketing / UX Intern to help support brand communication, user experience design, website content, and digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone interested in marketing, UX/UI design, branding, retail technology, and digital product experiences.

You will work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to help improve how users experience our products and how we communicate our technology to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Help create and update marketing materials, presentations, website content, and product pages.
  • Assist with UX research and user journey mapping for dashboards, kiosks, and retail technology interfaces.
  • Support wireframing and UI design for internal tools, dashboards, and customer-facing applications.
  • Help improve website layouts, navigation, and user flows.
  • Assist with creating social media content, blog graphics, email visuals, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research related to retail technology, AI, and customer experience.
  • Help organize and maintain brand assets, design files, and marketing documentation.
  • Support content creation for LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve usability and customer experience.
  • Help test and provide feedback on interfaces, workflows, and user interactions.

Required Skills

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest in digital marketing, branding, user experience, and technology products.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to organize information and work across multiple projects.
  • Comfortable learning new software and digital tools.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing websites, dashboards, or mobile interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Experience creating social media graphics or marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
  • Interest in retail technology, AI, experiential retail, or emerging technology.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, SEO, or email marketing platforms.
  • Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience.
