Position Overview

Programming.com is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AI Trainee to join our growing AI and Innovation team. As an AI Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven projects, collaborate with technical and business teams, support project coordination activities, and contribute to the successful execution of AI initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items.

Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.

Coordinate project communications and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and workflow records.

Assist in researching AI technologies, industry trends, and emerging tools.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Participate in project reviews, planning meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training activities.

Support operational and administrative activities related to AI programs and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology, and innovation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, data analysis, or automation tools.
