Sales Representative
Part-time - o Grow revenue by closing sales by phone, email, in person and cold call potential customers
Skills - Experience with scientific products preferably in a lab setting
Knowledge of cell culture, experiments. and lab equipment a plus
Run and perform review of sales calls/ interactions and provide updates on lab buying habits
Pack orders, deliver products to local customers and pickup inventory
Assist with vendor displays and assist with bids and grants preparation
Follow-up on leads and send emails to potential customers
Assist in the creation of social media posts on Linkedin and YouTube
Track data with Excel or Google Sheets to create customer lists at each account
Filing POs and/or archiving Vendor records (promos, etc) plus create and send invoices
Assist with updating the Riverdale Scientific ecommerce website and inventory management (Sortly)
Systems
o Experience working with AI tools, Adobe, MS Office with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months -2 years’ experience minimum
- Bachelor’s degree required or finishing one this year
- Strong communication skills
- Drive a car -valid NJ driver’s license
