Graduate Assistant - Publication Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist LTRC Publications team with design needs. Examples include:
  • social media graphics
  • graphics supporting various printed materials (newsletters, annual reports, training courses, brochures, research reports, technical summaries, etc.)
  • videos
  • presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across materials and communication channels
• Help maintain project timelines and asset organization systems
• Support copy editing, proofreading, and quality assurance for creative deliverables

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital advertising, mass communication, or a related field
• An understanding of the creative process and ability to receive constructive feedback
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite products
