Xtreme Cubes in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team!

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, and administration of multiple projects involving modular, prefabricated buildings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage, coordinate, and administer multiple projects involving structural fabrication.
  • Utilize structural, architectural and shop drawings.
  • Develop project schedules and progress reports.
  • Communicate with production managers, project engineers and detailers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Five (5) years of project management experience.
  • Construction and structural steel experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Above average computer skills.
  • Must be able to develop schedules and progress reports.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and shop drawings.
  • Bluebeam knowledge required.
  • Experience with steel detailing software and AutoCAD would be a plus but not required.
  • Able to communicate and advise detailers for shop drawings.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Must be able to travel to job sites for meetings and obtain field measurements.
  • Must be able to communicate with production manager and project engineers.
  • Ability to write RFI, submittals and document control.
  • College degree – Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • For Full-Time employees, expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends if necessary.
  • Reliably commute to Henderson, Nevada, or planning to relocate to local area before starting work.
  • Comply with the brand and hygiene policies.
