Sales Engineer
**This is an onsite role in Bloomington, MN**
This role is responsible for supporting commercial sales activities, managing customer and distributor relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
- Manage customer and distributor communication to ensure order accuracy, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
- Support commercial processes including quotations, pricing updates, engineering changes, and customer portal administration.
- Monitor customer performance through scorecards, reviews, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams on customer requirements and technical/commercial matters.
- Help achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with customer and business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, customer support, or commercial coordination.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
