Python Developer 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance existing Python Rating Engine tools
  • Analyze and explain data workflows using Python and SQL
  • Document system logic, structure, and processes clearly
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders
  • Support Home product rating structure enhancements
  • Create flowcharts and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve coding issues
  • Suggest improvements/refactoring where needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Python backend development experience
  • Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, SQL, and OOP
  • Experience working with production systems
  • Ability to understand and document complex codebases
  • Strong communication and independent working skills

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
