✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO

Please note: this is an active event support role β€” staff will be working throughout live event operations and should not expect event-viewing access.

  • Support venue security teams using Evolv’s advanced security technology
  • Assist with installation, setup, training, and operational support
  • Help teams navigate equipment usage during live event activations
  • Troubleshoot basic operational or technical issues and escalate support when needed
  • Maintain strong communication between venue teams and support staff
  • Stay calm and professional in high-attendance, fast-paced environments

βœ… REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable managing high-energy crowd environments
  • Ability to de-escalate situations calmly and professionally
  • Tech-comfortable with basic troubleshooting ability
  • Reliable transportation and majority availability for scheduled dates
  • Experience in live events, production, venue operations, touring, installations, or experiential staffing is a plus
  • All required certification training will be provided prior to deployment
  • This is NOT a security role β€” tech support and coordination only
