Junior Client Partner / Customer Success Manager / Account Manager
Location: Onsite – Rhode Island, USA
Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Client Partner / Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate delivery teams, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a technology background, experience working with data platforms/tools, and exposure to commercial processes such as SOWs, POCs, and MSAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with delivery, engineering, and data teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Manage and track Proof of Concepts (POCs) from initiation through successful completion.
- Support the creation, review, and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and related contractual documents.
- Monitor project progress, risks, milestones, and client expectations.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Partner, Engagement Management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of technology and data ecosystems.
- Experience working with data tools, analytics platforms, BI tools, or cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and customer engagement practices.
- Exposure to SOW, MSA, contract management, and POC execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, consulting, data engineering, analytics, or cloud-based projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience interacting with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite in Rhode Island.
- BBA/ MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
