Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring two profiles:
1) Broker Trainees / Advisor Development Track
Ideal for:
- Motivated, sales-driven individuals
- Those pursuing or open to obtaining FINRA and insurance licenses
- Professionals who want structured training, mentorship, and a fast ramp-up
- Individuals who want to build a long-term career across investments, insurance, and estate planning
- No prior finance experience required — sales mindset, coachability, and work ethic matter more than resumes.
2) Experienced Brokers / Wealth Advisors
Ideal for:
- Series 7/66 (or equivalent) licensed advisors
- Brokers with a partial book or strong production background
- Advisors looking for a broader platform beyond traditional stocks and bonds
- Professionals who want to integrate alternatives, insurance, and estate planning into higher-value client relationships

Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Educate clients on private equity, alternative investments, insurance, and estate-planning strategies
- Collaborate with internal investment, insurance, and planning teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes through integrated financial solutions
- Follow up with prospects and clients to drive capital deployment and planning execution
- Stay informed on market trends, deal structures, and planning strategies
- For trainees: complete licensing, training, and mentorship programs
