eCommerce Specialist
Responsible for supporting the daily operations of Lindenmeyr Munroe’s eCommerce site.
Areas of responsibility to include (but not limited to):
- Management Center Data Entry (Ecom admin panel)
- Data entry for product set up and categorization for assigned categories on the website
- Make customer facing changes (as directed) to the website that do not involve outside technical help
- Responsible for adding approved products to the website
- Maintain the accuracy of all product information for assigned categories on the website
- Assist with the clean-up of “old” data from Management Center
- Website Updates & Merchandising:
- Execute site updates (category structure, product adds/drops, product images & content, PLP sorting)
- Timely and accurate updates
- Ensure the customer facing view of products and pages is uniform and implement regular site checks (ex. Units of measure are shown consistently across all products on each PLP)
- Assist in testing feature updates for the site pre and post launch
- Website Analytics & Processes:
- Prepare/analyze website reporting as needed
- Assist with the creation and implementation of new process
- Website Technical Bugs & New Feature Development:
- Back-up for Help Desk Analyst for site bugs & tickets
- Able to troubleshoot site issues with our technical partner including creating and monitoring tickets
- Work with technical partner on new feature development
- Marketing Liasson:
- Manage site update calendar
- Coordinate image needs across all products, categories and marketing e-spots
- Coordinate wire frame development of new pages and features on the website
- Assist with new marketing initiatives as needed
- Misc. Special Project Support:
- Responsibilities to be defined as projects arise
Skills:
- Excel Proficiency (super-user a plus)
- GA4 Understanding a plus
- Experience working on an ecommerce platform required (HCL Commerce, Shopify, Adobe, VTEX, Salesforce, preferred)
