Community Outreach Sales Rep

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Are you looking for a flexible opportunity to earn income while making a difference in your community? WellCare Nurses & Staffing is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Sales Representatives.

This role is ideal for but not limited to college students, aspiring healthcare professionals, and individuals who enjoy networking and helping others access essential healthcare services.

Position Summary

As a Community Outreach Sales Representative, you will educate community members about homecare services and healthcare programs, build referral relationships, and help connect eligible individuals with valuable healthcare resources.

You will represent WellCare Nurses in the community to generate referrals and increase awareness of our services.

Compensation

  • Uncapped Commission
  • $150 per qualified Medicaid referral
  • $200 per qualified Veteran referral
  • Flexible earning potential with no cap on commissions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct community outreach and promote WellCare Nurses services
  • Generate referrals for Medicaid and Veteran homecare programs
  • Build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local businesses
  • Educate potential clients and families about available healthcare benefits
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referrals
  • Meet individual sales and referral goals

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups in the community
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
