About the Opportunity

Following strong global growth and adoption of Tensai, our AI platform, we are expanding our early-career talent pipeline and seeking motivated recent graduates to join our team as AI Presales & Solutioning Associates.

This role is designed for individuals passionate about AI, enterprise technology, and customer engagement who aspire to build a career in solution architecture. Working alongside product, engineering, platform, and client-facing teams, you will develop deep expertise in Tensai while learning how to design solutions, support customer conversations, create demonstrations, and communicate business value.

This position offers a structured growth path toward future roles such as Solution Architect or Platform Architect.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Tensai AI platform, its capabilities, and business applications.
  • Support solution design activities by translating customer requirements into platform-based recommendations.
  • Partner with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to support client engagements.
  • Create and deliver platform demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations.
  • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and solution documentation.
  • Help articulate the business value and outcomes enabled by Tensai for customers and prospects.
  • Build expertise in enterprise AI, automation, and emerging technology trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
  • Strong foundation in technology and problem-solving.
  • Interest in AI platforms, enterprise software, and solution design.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop deep subject matter expertise.
  • Ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with AI tools, coursework, research, or hands-on AI projects is a plus.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Preferred candidates are located in or willing to relocate to the DC Metro or New Jersey area.

Career Path

This role is intended as an entry point into AI platform solutioning and enterprise technology consulting. Successful candidates will gain experience across customer engagements, platform expertise, and solution design, creating a pathway toward future Solution Architect, Platform Architect, and other advanced technical leadership opportunities.

Internship-to-Full-Time Pathway

  • 3-month internship program for students and recent graduates.
  • High-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.
  • Direct full-time consideration may be available for candidates who have already completed their degree requirements.
