Title: Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst
Location: Dubuque/Waterloo, IA
Duration: 1 Year+ (Possible Extension)
Position Type: Contract / Contingent
Pay Rate: Hourly on W2
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (Exact shift hours are flexible and can be worked out with the hiring manager for the selected candidate.)

This opportunity is strictly for candidates local to Iowa or Illinois, as local candidates will be given strong preference by the hiring manager. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Supply Chain, Service Parts, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. Recent graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or coursework in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or Logistics are encouraged to apply. Candidates with SAP knowledge or operations support experience are highly preferred.
Position Description
- Forecast new parts and manage part availability.
- Develop global service part forecasts for newly adopted service parts using historical data, engineering and product support input, and product and component knowledge.
- Participate in and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with representatives from Product Support, Supply Management, Engineering, and Marketing to define service part requirements.
- Review service part forecasts and recommend adjustments to the forecast and ordering activity.
- Execute business activities in alignment with the Division processes, policies, and objectives.
- Manage the Order Fulfillment Process to ensure service part availability by developing, recommending, and implementing strategies to meet the master schedule.
- Analyze metrics and data to improve business processes and enhance the overall customer experience with service part support performance.

- Demonstrated team skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in one or more operations support functions such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics, service parts management, procurement, etc.
