Freelance CAD Draftsperson Needed - Construction Plans

Perrin Construction & Design is seeking an experienced freelance CAD dtraftsperson to convert hand drawn plans into professional CAD plans suitible for permit submissions.

Work will primarily involve residential renovation, historic restoration, mixed- use buildings and small commercial projects in Richmond VA.

 

Responsibilities:

Convert hand sketches into CAD drawings

Prepare existing and proposed floor plans 

Revise drawings based on comments from the City, architect or engeneer

 

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD 

Experience preparing permit ready drawings

Knowledge of residential and light commercial construction

This is ongoing freelance work. We are looking for a long term partner to be part of our teem.
