Assistant Construction Manager - Location - Columbia, MD.  Responsible for overseeing the work of the general contractor and subcontractors; reviewing pay applications, requests for information and change orders; attending meetings; preparing inspection reports. Please specify salary requirements.  Prefer BS in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.  We offer a 401K plan, 2 weeks/year paid vacation, 1 week/year sick leave.
