Leasing Intern

Leasing Intern (Unpaid – ASAP into Fall Semester, 8–12 Weeks)
Location: In-person, Newark, NJ

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in real estate leasing and property operations, providing direct exposure to the full leasing cycle. Interns will work closely with our team to engage with prospective tenants, coordinate and conduct property tours, support the application process, and contribute to overall occupancy goals across residential and mixed-use properties.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, professional, and proactive student who is comfortable working with people, managing multiple prospects, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, organization and multitasking, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong interest in real estate and leasing.

This is an unpaid internship, focused on learning and professional development, with the possibility of a full-time or paid position at the end of the internship. Schedule is flexible and can be coordinated based on the student’s availability.
