Entry-Level Test Engineer (TX)

Location: Irving, Texas

 

Job Summary

MGA Research is an engineering services company with over 40 years of experience providing testing services and test equipment for global customers. Our facility in Irving, Texas specializes aircraft seating and interior testing. Customers include major automotive and aerospace companies along with their suppliers to bolster safety and innovation within these industries.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical tests for high technology companies to assist with product development, including test set up, execution, and documentation of results
  • Identify and troubleshooting equipment and test methods to drive process improvement
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to define and ensure needs are understood and met, while providing exceptional service
  • Present results to customers and internal teams
  • Forecast facility and equipment needs in partnership with internal teams and other MGA locations

 

Requirements & Skills: 

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or related technical field
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors
  • Ability to travel occasionally as part of onboarding, professional development, and customer meetings
