Architect/CADD Manager/Draftsperson

Position available for candidate with 2 - 4 years minimum architectural experience with residential and commercial construction documentation, presentation and design development. Position leads to directing projects from inception, consultant coordination, full documentation and project management.

Duties include: design/drafting, project coordination, client relations, project development, building and zoning review and project management.

Skills required: AutoCad, photoshop, 3D Design software is a plus; effective communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, coordination skills, willingness to learn, eagerness to grow in career.
