This training program will allow you to interact with a diverse set of people, and relate yourself to a company with global operations and presence.

Job Description
After training, as a Software Engineer (SE) you get the opportunity to work with multiple business units aligned with diverse industry verticals like banking, finance, retail, travel, hospitality, and media to name a few. As an SE you would be responsible for:
 Understanding client requirements and preparing designs for translating the needs into deliverables
 Involvement in actual software development to ensure the project is complete in the designated time schedule
 Code review, TDD and analysis of your own code and removing bugs, if any
 Ensuring adherence and compliance to all process and quality parameters
 Maintaining and enhancing projects/software as per the client's and Mindtree request
 National travel may also be required once you are trained
Qualifications
 Minimum of a 3.0 on a 4.0 GPA scale is preferred
 Bachelor-level students or recent graduates majoring in engineering or computer science-related fields
 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
 Familiarity with computer science concepts and programming
 An internship or relevant experience will be considered a plus
 All applicants, at the time of hire, must prove their eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel up to 50%

Training
The formal training program will be in Bhubaneswar, India for a duration of up to 3 months maximum (which includes up to 2 months of classroom training and 1 month orientation with respective Business Unit). Minds will be trained in Java, Automation testing, .NET or Salesforce among many other technologies. Employees will return to the US after completion of the training program. As Mindtree Minds, training will be provided on-the job and in classroom arrangements on a rolling basis to help you continuously sharpen your skills.
Majors
All STEM majors (Computer Science majors preferred)
Locations
Base location will be Dallas, Texas until successful completion of training and initial project work. Upon successful completion of the 90 day Orchard learning program you will be deployed to one of Mindtree’s client locations in the USA
