Associate Software Developer
Summary/Objective
The Associate Software Developer will have responsibility for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
Essential Functions

· Ability to grasp business requirements and processes to be able to write test plans, scripts and validation steps.
· Ability to program, test, document and modify applications.
· Participate in product discussions with the development team to understand and refine acceptance criteria and estimate user stories.
· Written or verbal communication to development team, track the outstanding issues until they are resolved.
· Assists software engineers in the diagnosis and replication of product failures.
· Collaborate in implementation and adaptation of current website and new sites.
· Proactively design proof-of-concepts and schedule systematic roll-outs.
· Assist in continued development of website(s), as required.

Work Environment
· Employee must be able to work during normal office hours for internal work, and be able to work alternate hours (evening and over-night) to support customer field work requirements.
Physical Demands
· Work in an office environment performing normal office duties including computer/desk work, printing.
Education and Experience
· Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
· 1-3 years of experience working developing software, preferred.
· Understanding of software testing procedures and methodologies.
· Knowledge of Network Management
· Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
· Demonstrated communication skills needed for working with the development team and for customer facing assignments.
· Strong attention to detail.
