Job Description – Analyst / Associate 
  • Provide consultative problem solving, provide data analytics & data insights, information management, business process management including planning, deployment and performance management services by leveraging Axtria’s advanced cloud-based platforms and other industry-leading solutions 
  • Help develop and maintain analytical modeling platforms and apply advanced statistical, econometric and optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems  
  • Assist with the development of data modeling applications and business algorithms that provide valuable data analytics and actionable business insights to clients as part of on-site opportunities or consulting projects managed by Axtria 
  • Leverage latest data management, visualization and analytical tools & techniques ( AWS, Pyspark, RedShift, Matillion,  Python, R, Alteryx, KNIME, Dataiku, Tableau/Qlikview, and others) to derive and display data insights for Axtria’s clients 
  • Understand and solve business problems, by helping to define business requirements and develop solutions for clients as part of on-site opportunities or consulting projects managed by Axtria  
  • Assist team members in solving complex problems and present findings to business partners in a consultative manner 
  • Learn and apply Axtria’s sound data management and governance practices to ensure data consistency, quality and ease of access 
  • Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards to identify best practices and emerging trends in analytics and related technologies 
  • Work on concurrent projects ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time deliverables 
  • Contribute to Axtria’s development of new solutions and platforms 
 
Required Skills & Experience 
  • Degree in engineering, economics, STEM or any relevant discipline such as Business technology, Information management, Business analytics, Operations management, Supply chain management or MBA   
  • Analyst level: Bachelor’s degree  
  • Associate level: Master’s degree or MBA 
  • Familiarity in using visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView and others ability to quickly master new packages when needed  
  • Familiarity using the following analytical tools: Excel, R, SAS, VBA, SPSS, SQL, S-Plus, and ILO. As well as excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate analytical findings  
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills that allow for multi-tasking concurrent projects 
  • Drive and desire to work and learn in a growing entrepreneurial fast paced organization with a global delivery model

  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work for any employer in the US. (H1, F1 with OPT, TN, GC, US Citizen). 
  • Immigration sponsorship will be considered for Master’s degree only.  
  • Flexibility to travel and/or relocate within the US as per project requirements.
