Senior Associate – Decision Science

Job Description - Senior Associate 
  • Provide leadership and consultative problem-solving expertise to complete projects for Axtria life sciences client  
  • Leverage leading edge research in advanced analytics and algorithm development to solve complex data intensive problems for Axtria’s clients 
  • Understand the business challenge, plan and execute project-based work-streams. 
  • Develop knowledge expertise while fostering a collegial atmosphere to ensure delivery of credible, high quality findings and recommendations for senior management. 
  • Build strong client-relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. 
  • Contribute to Axtria’s position as a thought leader in the industry and the development of new solutions and platforms. 
  • Become versed in Axtria’s data analytics, data insights, information management, business process management including planning, deployment and performance management cloud-based services. 
  • Leverage the latest visualization and analytical tools & techniques (R, SAS, Excel, SQL, Tableau/Qlikview, and others) to derive and display data insight. 
  • Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards to identify best practices and emerging trends in analytics and related technologies 
 
Required Skills & Experience 
  • Advanced degree in operations, economics, science, or engineering (PhD). 
  • MBA is a plus but not required. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Familiarity using advanced analytical tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, SQL, S-Plus, or ILO.   
  • Use of programming languages such as Java, Python or Haskell is a plus but not required.

  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work for any employer in the US. (H1, F1 with OPT, TN, GC, US Citizen). 
  • Immigration sponsorship will be considered. 
  • Flexibility to travel and/or relocate within the US as per project requirements.
