Engineering Co-Op
Job Description
- Conducts inspections and provide field drawings of company, subcontractor and developer installed construction projects to assure conformance to company specifications and construction methods.
- Responsible for working closely with operations throughout project to ensure project meets operations needs
- Responsible for developing analysis and reports to be provided to regulators, internal or external customers as required.
- Prepare preliminary, engineering, and detailed cost estimates
- Prepare bid specifications and coordinate contractor bidding
- Develops, operates, and maintains geographic information system as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of managing increasingly complex projects
- Abilities to set daily priorities and work schedules
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment
Required Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
