Case Management Specialist

Greater Life seeks an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join the Greater Life Family Resource Center LifeLine Team. The Case Management Specialist will provide direct and referral servicing to those in critical and life-altering conditions and in need of support or help with gaining access to other critical community services. The Case Management Specialist will perform several tasks to achieve the best outcomes for their clients in order to achieve a greater quality of life. The Case Management Specialist’s dedicated support will enable Greater Life to achieve its desired outcome of improved health in order to not only help thwart COVID, but other health concerns: Diseases, addictions, hindrances to healthcare, injustice, and griefs that have plagued our community of Newark, NJ, with the ultimate mutual goal of helping them out of the negative cycle of helplessness and hopelessness, to instead achieve their best quality of life and full potential. The Case Management Specialist will also offer critical support to the VP of Administration and Finance and President/CEO. The position reports to the Fund Developer, and to the Director of Program and Family resources, with the potential for growth and leadership at Greater Life. This position also offers a great opportunity for the right person to join our staff, Board, and volunteers to help impact the youth, families, and community of Newark, NJ.
