Employee Experience Designer - Intern
Ability to work remote from anywhere in the US during this summer 2023 Internship.
Position Purpose:
This internship is to help the Claims organization understand how to attract and retain Gen Z employees in the workplace through the lens of design. The internship will be an immersive experience into the Claims team and give the intern license to design their ideal workplace.
Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

Experience/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in Human Centered Design
General Design, Organizational Development or a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
